Job Duties:

• Verify mechanical components to ensure alignment with manufacturing

requirements for factory prototype.

• Employ range of Linux commands to systematically confirm and ensure the boot-up

of the Cat2k/3k system.

• Insert RJ45 connector and employ Linux commands to validate seamless traffic

flow, thereby demonstrating the operational functionality of the system.

• Strategically plan and schedule experiments, ensuring meticulous coordination to

prevent any potential time conflicts between concurrent projects.

• Perform the setup of reliability test on testing equipment by actively configuring

parameters through computer interfaces.

• Conduct a comprehensive series of operational and non-operational shock

experiments, affirming the product’s capability to withstand various impact

scenarios.

• Conduct thorough operational and non-operational vibration experiments,

validating the product’s functional integrity even under intense shaking conditions.

• Execute a range of operational and non-operational altitude experiments, validating

the product’s capability to function reliably across varying climatic conditions.

• Identify and resolve issues that arose during the course of experiments, ensuring

seamless progress and reliable outcomes.

• Conduct troubleshooting of test-related concerns, guaranteeing alignment with

corporate specifications for mechanical integrity and system functionality.

• Analyze data and compose comprehensive experimental reports.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams comprising of hardware

engineers and software developers, contributing to the resolution of mechanical

design challenges.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow team members to ensure the smooth

execution of the project.• Work includes consistent maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of

experimental equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results throughout the

course of various projects.

• Design experimental methodologies of water-cooling products and engineered

specialized equipment to enable the effective implementation of experiments.

• Other similar duties as assigned

Job requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 12 months

experience in the Jobs offered or any occupation in which the required experience was

gained.

Experience to include: Design of Experiment (DOE) Methodologies, PTC Creo, AutoCAD,

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Design for excellence (DFX), Bill of materials

(BOM),

Microsoft office Suite.

Various worksites: Relocation to unanticipated locations within USA possible

Salary: $158,995.00 per year
